薰衣草助眠

I’m usually skeptical of “sleepy” teas, but the sweet apple really balances the chamomile so it doesn’t taste like grass. The tea temples are so easy to steep, and I’ve been reaching for it every night this week. My only issue is I keep falling asleep before I finish the mug.

The lavender is genuinely strong in this one—I brewed a cup twenty minutes before bed and was yawning by the last sip. The apple sweetness balances the chamomile nicely, and the tea temples make cleanup a non-issue. Already ordered a backup box.

The tea temples are so much easier than loose leaves—no mess, just steep and sip. Lavender and apple really do come through, and I’ve actually stopped reaching for my phone at night because this is become the signal to wind down.
