The tines are perfectly cut—not too stiff, not too flimsy—and they whip up a froth that’s genuinely silky in about thirty seconds. Honestly, the 11cm length fits my small bowl just right, and cleanup is a quick rinse. My matcha game has never felt this authentic.

I’ve been making matcha every morning for a week now and this whisk whips up a noticeably silkier cup than my old fork-in-a-bowl method. At 11cm it’s a touch longer than I expected, but the bamboo tines fan out nicely and rinse clean in seconds.

The tines are fine and flexible enough to get a proper froth without clumping, and it's held up well through daily use. I've been making matcha every morning now, and the 11cm size feels just right for my bowl.
