Kamomill Lullaby

Tried this after a rough week of tossing and turning, and the chocolate note mixed with the floral lemon verbena is such a cozy combo. One cup before bed and I actually drifted off without my usual midnight wake-ups, which the reishi probably helped with.

I've been sleeping through the night since I started steeping this before bed. The reishi mushroom adds a grounding earthiness that pairs surprisingly well with the chocolate hint, and the passionflower really does take the edge off a racing mind.

The chocolate note is subtle enough that it doesn’t taste like dessert, but it makes the whole cup feel like a treat. I brewed a mug about an hour before bed and the reishi and passionflower combo genuinely had me drowsy by the time I finished it.
