Stærk Earl Grey te

The tea temples are so convenient for a quick brew at my desk, no strainer needed. With a splash of milk, the English breakfast base gives it a proper malty kick that the bergamot doesn’t overpower.

The bergamot hits just right with the English breakfast base, and these tea temples are a lifesaver for a quick cup at work. I add a splash of milk and it’s properly strong without any bitterness, even after three minutes.

I brew this loose leaf in a pot every afternoon and the bergamot holds its own against the milk just right. The darjeeling adds a subtle brightness that keeps it from being flat, and the tin lasts me a solid month.
